Bringin ("the App") provides merchants with an easy way to create shoppable video widgets on their online stores, enabling better product discovery and more engaging customer experiences ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:

• Store information (store name, domain, currency, locale)
• Product data required to link videos to products (product IDs, titles, images, pricing)
• Checkout and order-related configuration details necessary to support add-to-cart and checkout functionality

In addition, once you have installed the App, we may collect the following information independently of Shopify APIs:

• Merchant information, such as name, email address, and contact details, used for app communication and support
• Usage data, including how widgets are created, configured, and interacted with
• Customer interaction data, such as anonymous engagement metrics with videos (views, clicks, add-to-cart actions)

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as passwords or full payment details.

We collect information directly from you through your Shopify account and through the use of common technologies such as:

• Cookies, which are data files placed on your device to help us improve app performance and user experience
• Log files, which track actions occurring in the App and collect data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps
• Pixels or similar tracking technologies, used to measure video engagement and widget performance

• Enable shoppable video widgets, including add-to-cart and checkout flows

We may share your personal information with third-party services only to the extent necessary to operate the App, such as:

• Shopify and Shopify-supported services (including Shopify Checkout)
• GoKwik, when merchants enable GoKwik checkout support
• Infrastructure and analytics providers that help us run and improve the App

We do not sell your personal information.

We may also share personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.

Data Retention
